Did the CBI look at the case of Viveka’s murder, which created a sensation in the Telugu states? Did you investigate only by looking and hearing? Yes they say Tulsamma, wife of Devi Reddy Shankar Reddy who is accused A-5 in the murder case. She stated in the petition that Viveka’s murder had financial, family and extra-marital factors. The Pulivendula court recorded the statement related to her petition on Saturday. She approached the court to direct the CBI to investigate six others in the case. With this, a new twist in Viveka’s case was revealed.

Six people including Viveka's son-in-law should be interrogated: Tulasamma

Tulsamma, the wife of accused A5 Devi Reddy Shankar Reddy in the Viveka murder case filed a petition in the Pulivendula court on February 21 this year. She claimed that Viveka's son-in-law, his brother-in-law and TDP MLC Btek Ravi should also be included as accused in that petition. She requested the court to order the CBI to investigate the six. Tulasamma submitted to the court the call data of the six persons mentioned in the petition before Viveka's murder. A statement was recorded in Pulivendula court on this petition. The court directed the petitioner along with the witnesses to come for the hearing on December 24. This brought a new twist to the Viveka murder case.

Tulasamma Viveka, who filed a petition in the Pulivendula court, expressed doubts about the CBI investigation in the murder case. She alleged that the CBI did not consider certain aspects in the investigation. Apart from that, a petition was filed in the court asking the CBI to investigate six other people in this case. Tulasamma stated in the petition that the financial aspects, family disputes and extra-marital affairs are linked in the murder case of Vivekananda Reddy, and the CBI has not considered any of those aspects. She asked the Pulivendula court to direct the CBI to investigate Viveka's son-in-law Rajasekhar Reddy, brother-in-law Siva Prakash Reddy, Komma Parameshwar Reddy, TDP MLC BTech Ravi, Rajeshwar Reddy and Neerugattu Prasad. The case took a new turn when the Pulivendula court recorded the statement on Saturday after 9 months on Tulasamma's petition.

On Tulasamma's statement, her lawyer Ravindra Reddy said that the Pulivendula Magistrate's statement was recorded on the petition given by Devi Reddy Tulasamma, the wife of Devi Reddy Shankar Reddy, who is accused in the murder case of former minister YS Viveka, and expressed doubts about the CBI's investigation in the Viveka murder case. It was explained that Tulsamma filed a petition in the court that CBI did not consider many factors in the investigation, and six other key people in this case should also be investigated by CBI. The lawyer said that the points mentioned in the petition were also in the statement given before the magistrate. In this case, the Tulasamma court was asked to order the CBI to investigate Viveka's son-in-law Rajasekhar Reddy, brother-in-law Siva Prakash Reddy, Komma Parameshwar Reddy, BTech Ravi, Rajeshwar Reddy and Neeruguttu Prasad. The CBI also wants to investigate the call data collected during the SIT investigation. It was explained that the trial of other witnesses has been postponed to December 24. Tulasamma's lawyer Ravindra Reddy said that Viveka's son-in-law and five others were named as defendants in the complaint.

According to the call data collected when the First SIT investigated, a different conclusion was reached. The lawyer said that Tulsamma's contention was that after the case was handed over to the CBI, the case was changed by changing one accused as an approver. The lawyer says that Viveka's son-in-law along with five others were involved in the murder case and they all conspired together, and Tulasamma stated in the petition that Viveka's son-in-law had conspired due to property disputes. The lawyer said that she is claiming that the case was misrepresented. After the court hearing on December 24, we have to see what kind of twists and turns this case will take.
