Senior Citizen Tirumala Free Darshan: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Board (TTD) has given good news to the senior citizens and the disabled. Steps have been taken to provide free darshan of Venkateswara. Two slots have been arranged for them. One at 10 am and the other at 3 pm. But for this free darshan senior citizens you have to report age proof with photo ID at S1 counter. A road leads from the gallery under the bridge to the right side wall of the temple. No need to climb any stairs. Good seating arrangement is available. Hot sambar rice, curd rice, hot milk are served while you sit inside. All are free.
Senior citizens who do this darshan can get two laddus by paying Rs.20. For more brownies you can spend Rs. 25/- per laddoo has to be paid. From the car parking area at the temple exit gate, an electric car will be available to drop you at the counter, TTD said. All other queues will be stopped during darshan and only senior citizens will be allowed to visit without any pressure. One can come out of darshan within 30 minutes after darshan of Srivari. How to book for darshan of senior citizens and deities?

☛ Aadhaar card should be as proof of ID
☛ Free darshan ticket
☛ Timings: 10 AM, 3 PM
☛ One person is allowed to accompany the senior citizen (unless unaided or standing).
☛ Only spouse allowed as attendant
☛ Limits only once in 90 days
☛ Helpers of people above 80 years are also allowed
☛ Differently Handicapped must bring their Identity Proof along with Physical Challenged Certificate issued by concerned Medical Board, Aadhaar Card
☛ People suffering from open operation, kidney failure, cancer, paralysis, asthma come under free darshan of Tirumala.
