CM YS Jagan: AP Chief Minister YS Jagan gave good news to RTC workers. RTC was merged with Govt and changed into APPTD. The CM took this decision as per the promise given earlier. But till now they are workers who will be recognized as government employees. Besides, CM Jagan also took another decision. It has been announced that the new PRC will be implemented from October 1. This makes the employees happy.

He clarified that PRC will be implemented for all RTC employees from October 1, on par with government employees. In Nellore region, there are 2,951 employees in Nellore 1, 2 Ravur, Atmakuru, Udayagiri, Kavali and Kandukuru depots. In addition to these, 60 employees of the RM office and a total of 3,011 people will get new wages from next month as per the new PRC. With this, depending on the level of the employees, the additional wages will increase from Rs.3 thousand to Rs.6 thousand.

But RTC workers together explained the situation during YS Jagan's padayatra. They promised to merge the organization into the government if their government comes to power. As per the promise, RTC was merged with the government and changed into APPDD.
