Andhra Pradesh: Key decisions in the cabinet.. YSR on 22nd of this month.. Changes in CRDA Act

Important decisions were taken in Andhra Pradesh Cabinet meeting. It has been decided to implement the YSR handover scheme to provide financial assistance to women in the age group of 45-60 years. On 22nd of this month, the YSR Handover Scheme will be launched. The Cabinet has decided to allocate Rs.4700 crores for this scheme. A loan of Rs.4020 crore has been approved for implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission in the state. It has been decided to give ratification to the village and ward secretariat employees. In addition to these, it was agreed to allocate Rs.20 lakh each to the village secretariats. Construction of one lakh houses in Greater Visakha, allotment of houses to 21.30 lakh people, provision of net pass for faculty in varsity, sanction of degree college in Panyam, outsourcing staff replacement in Paderu tribal varsity have been decided. In this varsity, 80 regular, 48 non-teaching staff and 4 percent reservation for the disabled have been approved. Merger of municipal schools in the government, government bank guarantee for Rs.1600 crore loan for development of CRDA, changes in a clause of the CRDA Act.
