MLA Ashaben Patel returned to Unjha from Delhi on 7th. Due to dengue, his health suddenly deteriorated to such an extent that his liver was damaged. He was treated at a local hospital for two days but his condition deteriorated and Ashaben Patel was rushed to Ahmedabad for further treatment.
Congress left the hand and grabbed the lotus
Dr. Asha Patel was the Congress candidate in the year 2017 and he became an MLA from Unjha seat. Ashabahen Patel, annoyed by internal divisions in the Congress, joined the BJP. In the year 2019, BJP re-elected him from Unjha seat and Asha Patel was re-elected as MLA. Unjha APMC was dominated by Asha Patel.
The day before, the Chief Minister had come to inquire
The ground breaking ceremony of Umiyadham temple was held in Sola in which Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel was present. They then proceeded directly to Zydus Hospital. Here he went to inquire about MLA Ashaben Patel. Then Minister Brijesh Merja also rushed to Unjha to inquire about the movement of the MLA.
