Thug Kiran Patel’s wife Malini, fearing arrest, applied to the court for anticipatory bail

Ahmedabad: Kiran Patel, who got Z Plus security in Srinagar by presenting himself as a top PMO official, was arrested by the police. Then Kiran Patel’s wife Malini Patel has knocked on the door of the City Sessions Court for anticipatory bail fearing arrest. A FIR was registered against the couple last week. In her pre-arrest bail application, Malini Patel has claimed that she is the main supporter of her family and the sole earner in the house. If he is not given any legal protection, his family members will starve. He said that he is employed and has full family responsibility on his shoulders and hence there is no chance of escaping from justice.

She approached the court for legal protection after BJP leader Jawahar Chavda’s brother Jagdish Chavda filed a complaint against her and her husband in the city crime branch alleging fraud. They have alleged that Kiran Patel illegally occupied their 15 crore bungalow. It was claimed that he would pay Rs., as he was awaiting payment for a scheme of a corporate company. In his complaint, Chavda had alleged that Patel had identified himself as a top official of the PMO and had also said that he was a partner in the T Post chain and also a real estate broker.

I have nothing to do with it
Thug Kiran Patel had told Chavda that he would sell the bungalow after renovating it. This was in February 2022 and after that Chavda received a notice from the Ahmedabad District Court. In which Patel accused him of illegally occupying the bungalow and filed a complaint. Pleading her innocence, Malini Patel said that she had nothing to do with the alleged crime.

Applied for anticipatory bail
He claimed that he was afraid of being wrongly implicated in the matter and that is why he has approached the court for legal protection. Malini Patel has also submitted to comply with all the conditions and has promised that she will not do anything that would jeopardize the investigation. The court is likely to hear the anticipatory bail application soon.
