Arrest of 2 associates of pigeon mastermind Bobby Patel, there is a twist in the case!

Ahmedabad: The State Monitoring Cell (SMC) of Gujarat Police on Saturday arrested Pravin Patel and Hitesh Patel, residents of Malad (West), Mumbai in connection with the illegal immigration racket. The SMC officials said, both of them are linked to Bharat Patel alias Bobby. It is worth mentioning that the arrest of these 2 accomplices of pigeon mastermind Bobby Patel may lead to new revelations in the case. DSP KT Kamaria of SMC said that both the accused hailed from Dingucha and Malekwasan in Gandhinagar district. Now new explanations may also come out in this case. Items including 5 mobiles, Aadhaar card, car have been seized from him.

More than 2 million paying people arrive in the US
It is worth mentioning that these two persons were the leaders of the village. Due to which he was constantly in contact with the other people of the village. Not only that, they were also helping people by encouraging them to visit the US illegally. In the meantime he used to send people to Bobby. In which he was telling that Bobby would charge him more than 20 lakh rupees to do this work and he was also giving him some rupees. It is to be noted that over the years, the official information of how many people these people sent to the US could not be found.

Officials investigating the case said the two were not related to the deaths of the Dingucha family who died on the Canada-US board. However, after the name of Bobby Patel came up in this case, the police has conducted further investigation.

The accused was remanded for 7 days
The SMC officials obtained the seven-day remand of the accused on Saturday. Police have also seized mobile phones, cash, cars, bank documents, identity cards and other documents. SMC officials are also investigating a second death on the Canada-US border this year. However, the accused are still absconding.

An FIR was registered against Bobby Patel
ED is now investigating the illegal immigration scam. After which the ED filed a complaint about 15 days ago against Bobby alias Bharat Patel for his alleged involvement in illegal immigration. The ED has taken this action after the arrest of Bobby Patel by the State Monitoring Cell. Sources say that Bobby Patel has been involved in the human smuggling scam for the past nine years. It is also suspected that he has smuggled around 200 people from Mehsana, Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar to the US, allegedly via Canada. He accomplished this work with the help of his associate Charanjit Singh. Charanjit Singh also holds an American passport.
