Madhya Pradesh has got 14 lakhs Goat Pox Vaccine to prevent Lumpy Skin Disease

Lumpy Skin Disease has emerged as a new epidemic in the country. Which has spread its feet very fast in more than 15 states. Madhya Pradesh is also included in this list of states. Lumpy Skin Disease The extent of its spread is that so far more than 20 lakh cattle have been infected by it. In which the number of cows is more. However, effective measures are being adopted for its prevention. Under which the cow pox vaccine is being administered to cattle. In this episode, the Central Government has supplied 14 lakh Goat Pox Vaccine to the Government of Madhya Pradesh to protect cattle from Lumpy Skin Disease.

In order to protect cattle from Lumpy Skin Disease, the Madhya Pradesh government has decided to vaccinate at 4 focal points of cattle, Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior and Ujjain.

No symptoms of disease in buffalo breed cattle

The Madhya Pradesh government has directed all villages affected by Lumpy Skin Disease to be vaccinated on priority in and around it. At the same time, the Madhya Pradesh government said that at present it is a matter of great relief that till now no buffalo-bred animal has found symptoms of lumpi disease in the state.

Got pox vaccine sent to centers

For the prevention of Lumpy Skin Disease from the Central Government, after receiving 14 lakh Gote Pox Vaccines, they have been sent to the centers. Under which 5 lakh 34 thousand 762 in Indore centre, 3 lakh 45 thousand 690 in Bhopal, 2 lakh 87 thousand 68 in Gwalior and 2 lakh 32 thousand 480 vaccines have also been delivered directly to the districts included in Ujjain centre. On the other hand, Indore district includes 39 thousand 579, Alirajpur 59 thousand 732, Dhar one lakh 9 thousand 484, Khandwa 61 thousand 681, Jhabua 71 thousand 89, Khargone one lakh one thousand 132, Barwani 69. Thousand 322 and 22 thousand 743 vaccines have been sent to Burhanpur district.

Similarly, 94 thousand 579 vaccines have been sent to Betul district included in Bhopal focal point, 60 thousand 809 to Sehore, 54 thousand 508 to Narmadapuram, 44 thousand 839 to Rajgarh, 26 thousand 315 to Harda and 50 thousand 105 to Chhatarpur district. Whereas, 61 thousand 34 to Shivpuri district of Gwalior center point, 61 thousand 832 to Guna, 43 thousand 579 to Sheopur, 38 thousand 662 to Ashoknagar, 24 thousand 196 to Gwalior, 21007 to Bhind, 18 thousand 848 to Datia and 17 thousand to Morena district. 910 Got Pox Vaccine has been made available.

Ratlam district included in Ujjain center has been sent 52 thousand 758, Mandsaur 43 thousand 552, Ujjain 43 thousand 811, Neemuch 39 thousand 162, Shajapur 26 thousand 944 and Agar-Malwa 26 thousand 253 got pox vaccine.

Dig a pit and bury dead cattle

The Madhya Pradesh government has asked for the death of cattle affected by Lumpy Skin Disease, with the help of local administration, to dig a pit outside the village or city and bury them with lime and salt. According to the issued order, if the animal is infected with the infection, do not let it remain in the open at all. In such a situation, dogs, eagles, crows, mosquitoes, flies can become carriers of the disease.
