The special thing is that this loan is being given in many categories related to dairy.
According to Aaj Tak, the bank is giving loan for building construction, milk collection system, automatic milk machine and transporting to run dairy. The interest rate of this loan starts from 10.85%, which can reach up to a maximum of 24%.
You can take a loan of up to one lakh rupees to buy an automatic milk collection system machine. At the same time, the bank can give you a loan of up to Rs 2 lakh for building construction. Similarly, to buy a vehicle in the name of transporting, a maximum loan of Rs 3 lakh can be taken. The special thing is that the bank does not mortgage any property to the farmers for giving loans.
At the same time, under the Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme, the government is also giving a grant of 25 percent to farmers to start dairy business. If you are from reserved quota then you will get 33% subsidy. For this you have to start this business with 10 animals.
