Alam is that the drone made by Ram Satish Kavle, a student of Hinganghat, for spraying crops is attracting everyone’s attention. Ram Kavle has done vocational course in Automobile Technology from Vidya Vikas Junior College. With this agricultural drone, spraying of medicines on crops is easily done.

Got the idea to make a drone from marriage

Ram Kavale, a student who prepared the agricultural train, told that he got knowledge of technology from this course. So using this knowledge there, he made a drone during his BH studies in college. Regarding the inspiration to make drones, he told that his farmer father used to struggle to spray crops in the fields, so he did not like it. Meanwhile, the family went to a wedding, where they saw the use of drones. He told that then I decided to make the drone myself.

Ram Kavle told that at first I thought that I would try to make my own drone for spraying. When no one at home had much understanding of the technology, he studied it and made the drone useful for spraying in the fields. This made it easier for their family members to protect crops from pests.

Ram Kavle, from a common family, got the spare parts procured with the help of his grandfather and relatives. The drone has a 10 liter capacity tank and after commanding around the field, this drone sprays an acre in just fifteen to twenty minutes. About 2.50 lakh rupees were spent to make this drone. Ram told that if spare parts are available soon then drones can be made quickly. He says that the price of this drone is low. And Ram is doing further research to make a drone at a lower cost.

MLA assured to help

The MLA of the district has also assured help to Ram Kavle. He said that the drone made by Ram Kavle is commendable and it is needed in agriculture. This technology reached the farmers, so MLA Samir Kunwar said that we will give necessary help to Ram for this. The MLA said that farming is a difficult task. Various researches are being done in agriculture. Automated drones are also needed in the agriculture sector. Student Ram Kavle made a drone and preparations are being made to do more research on it. If the government subsidizes and helps research, it will definitely help farmers to get drones at a lower cost.
