Center’s new gift for agriculture sector – now tractor testing will be completed in just 75 days

Taking an important decision by the Union Agriculture Ministry Tractor Testing time has been cut. Now instead of 9 months, testing will be completed in only 75 days. Due to which new models of tractors will come soon in agriculture. This will make the work of farmers easier. Companies will be able to launch new tractors in the market according to the convenience of the farmers and new technology. Whenever a new tractor comes in the market, before it is tested in Budni, Madhya Pradesh. It can be launched in the market only after getting the OK report from here.

There is Central Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute (CFMTTI) in Budhni working under the Union Ministry of Agriculture. The government has given this gift to the farmers and tractor companies under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. There has been a lot of progress in the tractor sector in the last few years. Now Electric and CNG tractor is coming in the market. So that the farmers are not burdened by the cost of diesel. Engineering students in some universities are also engaged in developing tractors according to the needs of the farmers. In such a situation, this decision of the government will give great relief.

It is necessary to get the tractors tested here

Central Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute is functioning since 1955. It keeps pace with the changing needs of machines in the agriculture sector. Instructs companies to make changes to equipment. Tractor companies have to get their registration done in this institute of Budhni to get their tractor tested. After that the number of the test comes after paying the testing fee. Earlier this process used to take 9 months, which has now been reduced to just two and a half months. These instructions will come into effect from August 15. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has expressed happiness over this decision.

On an average eight lakh tractors are being sold annually

Tractor sales are linked with the progress of the agricultural sector. When farmers have more money then they buy tractors. A tractor costs an average of Rs 8 lakh. On an average, 8 lakh tractors are being sold annually in the country for the last two-three years. We are seeing that every year new models and features of tractors are coming.

In such a situation, now with this decision of the government, farmers will get their tractors more quickly. India is also a big exporter of tractors.
